  • Receipts for professional or union dues
  • Receipts for medical expenses, charitable donations and political contributions
  • Receipts for Property Taxes or Rent paid

  • Employment income
  • Pension benefits, including OAS and CPP
  • Employment insurance benefits
  • Social assistance and WCB benefits
  • Universal Child Care Benefits (RC62)

Deductions and Credits (Receipts for all Deductions are required)

  • RRSP and RPP contributions

  • Spousal or child support paid (please provide a copy of your separation agreement)
  • Carrying charges and interest expenses
  • Employment Expenses with attached signed condition of employment form (T2200)
  • Claim for meals and lodging for transport drivers with attached signed form (TL2)
  • HST credit on employment expenses with attached signed form (GST 370), make sure to record GST number of employer
  • HST credit and/or rebate
  • Age credit or pension credit
  • Spouse or equivalent-to-spouse credit
  • Disability credit
  • Tuition fees and education credit (T2202 - can be found on student's school website)
  • Transfer of spouse's unused credits
  • Medical expenses, charitable donations and political contributions
  • Property taxes and/or rent (where applicable)
  • Stock option and shares deduction
  • Northern residents deductions
  • Transit Pass Credit (need passes) (for unlimited rides only)
  • Children Fitness Tax Credit (up to $1000 per child, child must be under 16 in the tax year)
  • Arts Credit (up to $500 for children 16 and under in the tax year)
  • Adoption expenses
  • Interest on student loans
  • Caregiver amount (Family)
  • New Home Buyers Credit after January 27, 2009
  • Home Improvements (if you are 65 or older to allow you to stay in your home)
  • 65-70 and still working? Did you opt our of CPP? If so, you need CPT30 form for the date.
